MAILBOXES

- Mailboxes must be the same or very similar to those installed by the builder. 

- They must be black cast iron, and have brass house numbers on both sides. ? They must be properly maintained in good working order and in good physical appearance at all times.

- Any replacement other than from the approved vendors requires ARB approval.
